Ooutlook Email Setup.

1. Tools -> E-mail Accounts...

2. Add a new account

1. Pop 3 Email server

1. Fill in the required fields:
Name - How it will look in the inbox
email: the address
Incomingmail server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing: This is your ISP, and will be different depeding on who you use for internet access.
Username is the same as the email address
Password
Now Use the Test button, and see if you get the test email. If so, send yourself a test email.
