We found a niche in the collectibles market that we wanted to fill and decided we'd start an e-commerce business. However, we were not very computer savvy and didn't know the first thing about web sites. Almost everything we heard and read on either subject sounded like Greek to us. About the only thing we did know for sure was that we needed help! Our reaction after first talking to Steve was "Thank goodness, we finally found somebody who speaks English!" We were long used to techie types getting short with us because of our lack of computer knowledge, but Steve was very patient with us and explained things to us in a way that even we could understand. We very much appreciated that because it allowed us to stay involved in our project. Steve took the time to learn from us what kind of look we were going for, what our business was about, and how the site had to function in order to suit our purposes. Things moved pretty rapidly after that and Steve, who was very accommodating about making many minor changes to the site as we went along, got the job done ahead of schedule. We love our web site.
